Designed by ai3, a local design firm, the interiors take their inspiration from Greek spas with décor incorporating a neutral color palette, water features, bamboo ceilings, intricate tiling detail, and artwork. Treatments at Arista target fine lines and wrinkles, excess hair growth, acne and acne scars, age/sun spots, stubborn fat deposits, melasma, and sagging skin, and strives to provide fast and effective results for all skin tones. Medical spa services include massage, facials, skin-care treatments, peels, and microdermabrasion for the face and décolleté, laser skin-care treatments such as MicroLaser Peels, ProFractional skin resurfacing, SkinTyte skin tightening treatments, Photofacials, laser hair reduction, spider vein treatments, and Lipotherme™ a laser-based treatment used to liquefy and remove unwanted fat in targeted body zones. Botox®, and dermal fillers like Juvéderm™ Ultra, Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus, Prevelle™ Silk, and Radiesse®. The spa's fitness offerings feature the SlimDome™, which uses Far Infrared (FIR) emissions to induce oil-based sweat that may help clients to shed up to 600 calories in a single 40-minute session, the Fitvibe™ - whole body vibration, which may tone muscles and burn fat in half the time or less that clients would spend at the gym, Spectracell Micronutrient Testing, a blood test that measures the nutritional composition of the body like vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids, and a Lipoprotein Particle Profile™, which tests for indicators of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Alise Jones-Bailey monitors the day to day activities of the spa, and is available to clients for a personal consultation and to address any concerns from weight-loss to anti-aging. She received her medical degree from Morehouse Medical School, and is certified by the American College of Obstretics and Gynecology, and is a fellow of the Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Jones-Bailey also has certified training in Botox®, Restylane®, Juvéderm™, and Lipotherme™. Arista is also staffed by an acne specialist who is a licensed medical aesthetician and a graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. The fitness spa is staffed with certified trainers who guide clients through an exercise program to help clients reach weight-loss, fitness, and health goals. There are six treatment rooms with high-tech amenities like in-wall IPod docking stations, and Slimdome™ rooms with personal flat panel HDTVs with DirectTV and XM satellite radio. Arista carries its own line of physician-grade cosmeceuticals as well as Revision® skin care, La Roche-Posay, Neocutis, and Latisse® eyelash products.
