Carie Bernard was first introduced to Oriental Medicine at age 16. This early, positive experience using OM to strengthen and support health and well-being had a profound impact on Carie. This led to her study of Reiki, yoga, meditation and ultimately to attain her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Carie holds a degree from New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest accredited acupuncture school in the country. Carie received additional training from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA. She is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is a licensed practitioner in the state of Maine.
