Anthony Lawrence, MS, L.Ac, excels in the diagnosis treatment of difficult cases. He specializes in severe and chronic conditions, such as chronic back pain, stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, diseases of the digestive and respiratory system, gynecological and fertility issues. Through the use of acupuncture and herbs, he has worked with many patients to alleviate pain, develop strategies to cope with chronic conditions and relieve discomfort. Anthony is certified through Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center for the treatment of Cancer Patients and works closely with patients as they work through the difficult process of radiation and chemotherapy.

Anthony has experience as a counselor and advocate. He provides a kind, warm and compassionate bedside manner, communicates well with his patients and educates them so that they understand the process that they are undertaking and so that they feel comfortable with their course of treatment. He believes firmly in complimentary care, communicates actively with other physicians and has published papers on Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, he believes in empowering the patients through making his knowledge available to them so that they are able to monitor their own conditions, take responsibility for their own health and the decisions that they must make without swaying their decisions or their opinions. Anthony graduated from the Acupuncture program at the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005 and is the acting Clinic Director at Family Health Acupuncture PLLC.
