  1. Be active
    In order to maintain your health be active and try to move as much as possible especially if you have office work. Thus you will help promote circulation of Qi and Blood. Besides that it also helps to eliminate Dampness which according to TCM is the main cause of obesity. Such things as Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan and Aikido will make you feel good.   2. Sleep 8 hours a day
    Sleep is the foundation of a good health. A constant lack of it may lead to serious health problems. Besides that it is always reflected on your face in the form of dark circles under the eyes. Moreover getting proper sleep helps you cope with the stress much easier. 
  3. Don’t skip breakfast
    Don’t forget to start you day with breakfast. It is important that you eat something within an hour since you woke up. Thus, your digestive system will be able to function properly and transform food into Qi and Blood. It is essential for your body construction and future health. 
  4. Avoid drinking Alcohol
    According to Traditional Chinese Medicine alcohol represents both Dampness and Heat and as it was already mentioned Dampness is the main cause of obesity. But what is more, when Dampness and Heat are combined, it may lead to a range of skin problems including psoriasis, rosacea, eczema and acne. 
  5. Massage your face
    Everyone wants to look young and keep the skin glow as long as possible. What you need to do is to massage your face at least once a week, the more the better of course. Thus you will increase the circulation of Qi and Blood making your skin look brighter and more attractive.
  6. Avoid wearing tight clothes
    Even though skinny jeans are the items of clothing that almost every girl has in her wardrobe, it doesn’t mean that they are absolutely safe for your health as well as other tight clothes. They block your Qi flow resulting in premature aging and other illnesses. If you want to avoid it wear more comfortable and loose clothes. Your body will only be thankful.
  7. Make breaks
    It is essential to make small breaks when working. If you don’t get enough rest, you are more likely to get stressed. Besides the organ that suffers greatly when your body is tired are kidneys. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine kidneys are responsible for the body’s energy. In TCM it is called “Jing”. And when you don’t have enough rest, your body is aging faster than it should be.
